- Serving as a key liaison to employees, business unit leadership and personnel.
- Be thoroughly skilled in diverse messaging including social media, PowerPoint presentations, video scripts, website content, to competently recommend best means to communicate targeted messages to specific audiences.
- Development and management of corporate messages, media and ensuring that all content is current and readily available.
- Create content for social media accounts of the company and manage them on day-to-day basis.
- Manage and collaborate with various departments within company to develop promotional campaigns for internal and external communications.
- Emphasis on quality and ensuring error free, thoughtful deliverables for clients and teams.
- Creating and executing a corporate social responsibility strategy that is in line with the company mission and evolves with the business objectives.
- Developing original, innovative editorial content for the company's internal channels, ranging from written communications, such as intranet and social media updates, an internal newsletter, HR announcements, video content and brand-driven campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the internal and external environment, identifying risks and developing strategies and plans to proactively manage the image and reputation of business units and the company.
