Plutus Wealth Management - AVP/VP - Investments

- Work with management/ founders to improve operational performance of the portfolio companies

- Understand critical issues/ bottlenecks, find optimal solutions and implement them to achieve desired sustainable results

- Monitor financial performance, ensure compliance with the investment thesis and recommend corrective actions as necessary

- Assist investment team to analyze investment opportunities and provide operator's perspective Identify and implement cross portfolio opportunities within Plutus

- Ability to switch between strategic and operational roles as per the requirement
