Job Profile: Evaluation of listed and unlisted securities in India (Buy side)

Job Requirements:

- Lead a team of analysts/associates who would be evaluating and tracking companies, competitive landscape and select sectors.

- Lead discussion in analyst/sector expert calls and attend management meetings. Monitor quarterly results and conference calls for portfolio companies

- Prepare company specific or thematic report for investments decision making

- Support in thematic bottom-up research in stock selection

- Experience in handling unlisted transactions (Reviewing / drafting term sheet, analysing DD reports, reviewing SHA/SPA etc) shall also be preferable in combination to above

- Should be able to delegate the work meaningfully, develop the analytical skills and understanding of junior team members

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high level expertise in excel and presentation

- Proactive towards learning and working passionately. Ability to deliver under deadlines with attention to details
