Plutus Wealth Management - Analyst/Associate - Investment & Portfolio

This position plays a pivotal role in tracking and monitoring listed and unlisted investments in the portfolio through their lifecycle. This position requires a deep understanding of equity capital markets, corporate law and SEBI regulations, amongst others. The person will work closely with senior leadership and a high-performing team.

Job Requirements:

- Analyse financial and business performance & benchmark it against peers' performance.

- Prepare/update valuation models for all investee/portfolio companies.

- Regularly research and refresh public comparable and transactions.

- Work closely with portfolio companies to help them get ready for an IPO by tracking KPIs, regulatory requirements, conducting thorough due diligence to assess compliances, verifying financial statements, disclosures, and material agreements for accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with various intermediaries including lawyers, investment bankers, advisors to facilitate portfolio exits.

- Prepare and deliver presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
