About the Role
As part of the People Ops, you would be in charge of scouting, screening and retaining talent for brand Plush. This role would include creating a pipeline for upcoming hires and conducting a structured interviewing process to screen the candidates. You should also be able to maintain great relationships, solicit and engage with potential talent; consistently reinforcing why Plush is the best brand they can choose to partner with
Responsibilities :
- Handling all-levels of hiring process - junior/mid/senior levels
- Implementing an evolving and robust screening and interview process to assess candidates
- Conduct and schedule interviews between candidates and the internal team
- Implement a thorough on-boarding process for the candidate
Skills & Requirements :
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience preferably for a brand
- Familiarity with the process of talent retaining
- Build a healthy pipeline to nurture and engage with talent for future conversions
- Mindset of an individual contributor
Salary offered: 10-14LPA
