About the Role

As an e-commerce manager in charge of third-party marketplaces, you would be overseeing the brand's P&L and sales across all the major ecomm channels such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Bigbasket among others. The candidate must have a proven track record in running successful e-commerce businesses that maintained significant growth by driving consumer acquisition and retention strategies. An understanding of marketing spends and basic operations in each of the major portals would definitely be a key.

Responsibilities

- Taking complete ownership of the brand across various marketplaces including relationships with the key stakeholders

- Identify the areas of growth which could include hygiene ticket items to deliver revenue targets set internally

- Tracking the P&L which will units both revenue and units sold across various portals

- Formulating promotion and marketing spend strategies based on the budgets allocated to achieve the revenue goals

Skills & Requirements

- 3-5 years of proven experience in an account management role at a high growth consumer brand handling e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart. Ability to create Joint Business Plans with each of the portals mentioned

- Understanding of visibility, keywords, banner, AMS and managing the monthly performance marketing for e-commerce channel

- RoI and data-based approach to all decision making and planning- strong ability to work on Excel, MIS reports, Dashboards and understanding of data from platforms
