Plummish - Manager - Business Development

About the role :

We, at Plummish, are looking for a great business development associate for our brand 10,000 sq ft kitchen in Bangalore. Through this kitchen, we will serve up to 15,000 meals per day at full capacity. If you have great connections, thrive in a target-based role, loves to network and build relations, and has stamina, creativity, and attention to detail, this role may be the perfect job for You.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

- Cultivating relations with new potential clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Creating a presence among the HR/admins of corporates in and around Bangalore and establish Plummish as a brand

- Create a network of PGs and Co-living spaces

- Regular Deal closures with Corporate clients and Co-living/PG clients to meet the company growth targets

- Regular checks and audits at client sites to ensure quality control and customer happiness

- Regular payment collection and tracking with clients to ensure timely cash flows

- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required

Capabilities :

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role

- Extensive background of working with corporate clients and strong relationships with various HR/admins

- Good oral communication and proficiency in three languages: English, Hindi and Kannada

- Great Team management skills and team player qualities

- Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you

- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work

Compensation :

- 8 to 12 Lakh per annum depending on experience

- Incentives based on performance
