In this role, the ideal candidate will handle marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and develop brand affinity for the Plum brand. S/he's focus will be on conceptualising, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns, with the long term goal of making Plum the most trusted & loved insurance and benefits provider in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market multi-channel brand campaigns, in close collaboration with the Content & Social leads.
- Prepare marketing briefs that inspire ideas which bring to life Plum's brand pillars and values.
- Identify opportunities to partner with other brands and individuals, and drive enhanced visibility for the Plum brand.
- Create and manage a cross-channel brand activation calendar
- Serve as a key brand custodian for the organisation, ensuring the key tenets of the brand are implemented consistently across all assets.
- Develop a strong understanding of our customer and consumer profiles, and how they vary by segment.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B SAAS set up.
- Experience in driving marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of converting small ideas into activations at scale.
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical skills.
