Job Purpose:
1. To build the brand through deep understanding of the customer in a category that is highly commoditized
2. To develop communication and align all touch points for consistent messaging.
3. Innovate & disrupt to build high customer (internal & external) engagement
Roles & responsibilities:
- To handle copywriting for SMS, Social media ads, Whatsapp etc.
- To coordinate with the agencies handling B2B/B2C messaging
- Understand the customer insights and suggest changes through a business required document (BRD)
- Co-ordinate between the Tech and the marketing team on scheduling of marketing campaigns
- To be a part of the communication journey for the customers for all marketing campaigns along with the team
- Suggest changes for the website/mobile app for improving consumer functionality
- Maintenance of all BRD's and other important documents
- Promote our products and services during offline events
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Monitoring and Scheduling our company and products/services on various social media
- Craft and send regular internal newsletters with company updates
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
- Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients' queries
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
