Our Story :
Pluckk is a start-up that delivers lifestyle needs through trends like immunity, low carb, gluten free, plant based meals, with an understanding of food trends, sourcing residue free, chemical free produce and presenting them in the form of meal kits, salads and pan ready options.
Regardless of being a relatively new organization, it has managed to gain a strong foundation through seed funding from Exponentia Capital. We are currently scaled up in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore and soon launching in Pune as well. We are the only fresh produce brand to be listed on Amazon, Dunzo, Zepto, Swiggy and Reliance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Growth of business in the channel; Drive volume, value, profitability, market expansion (width & depth of distribution)
- Assist in building a supply chain infrastructure
- Build performance-based Joint Business Plans for each of the Key Accounts and set SKU wise, Store wise and Market wise goals basis targeted F&V Category Share
- Develop and execute channel strategies in terms of 'effective utilization of A&SP spends', 'store mapping', 'right product assortment' and 'sales force deployment'
- Demonstrate high level of sales analytics to ensure service levels across the banners / stores; thrust to be maintained on higher fill-rates, higher inventory turnover, lower stock-outs and lower dumps / wastage
- Establish, maintain and develop an effective business relationship with the key accounts
- Managing, leading, developing and maintaining a co-operative and motivated sales Force (both on & off-roll, if any)
- Periodic tracking of secondary & tertiary sales and guide the team to accelerate the shelf off-takes. Quick interventions on ageing inventor
- Coordination with cross-functional work groups viz., marketing, supply-chain etc to ensure smooth execution of the strategies
Systems & Processes :
- Ensuring timely submission of complete, accurate and reliable reports / information from all levels in the region
- Ensuring compliance of all guidelines in force from time to time, at all the levels in the region
Communication & Softer Skills :
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical & data interpretation skills
- Good communication skills
- Recommended working style: "High Task and High relationship".
- Must be sales oriented, be able to inspire and lead Key Account Executives' team based upon role model leadership, and willingness to traverse the extra mile.
- Should be growth hungry and aggressive in pursuit of Organizational goals
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA / Post Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing from premiere B-Schools
- Preference to be given to IRMA, Anand
- Min. 4 to 5 years of FMCG, Packaged Foods, Agri products or F&V experience
- A proven track record of at least 3 to 4 years in the modern trade channel, at a regional / zonal level.
