Plivo's success has landed it among the leading global CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) companies and at the cutting edge of the CPaaS sector, which is estimated to grow to $16 billion by 2025.

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the go to market team for Contacto, one of Plivo's new SaaS solutions. Contacto is an omnichannel contact center for B2C customer service teams that utilizes Plivo's cloud communication platform. Because Contacto is a new product in the customer service industry, this role provides the opportunity to build and grow a new brand within an existing company.

- The ideal candidate for this role has a strong ability to understand Conacto's technical capabilities and apply these abilities to different use-cases in the CCaaS market. This person will be responsible for working with the product team, speaking into the product roadmap, externally launching new product modules and features, and serving as the product marketing expert for Contacto with the sales, customer success and support teams.


- In addition, this person will support go to market efforts by educating the sales, support and customer success teams on new product releases and developing trials and demos. Lastly, this person will be responsible for educating the teams on recent trends and competitors in the CCaaS market.

- This role reports to the leader of the go-to-market team for Contacto, and is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in an early stage, fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment and make a big impact. This position will be remote, working from home anywhere across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Product launches to the market and and feedback to product roadmap:

- Create a product feature and module launch framework

- Own new product announcements including new features and modules (new.contacto.com, blogs, landing pages and other assets, )

- Create processes and systems to provide input and use cases for new product capabilities and roadmap based upon customer, market, and sales feedback

2. Go To Market Enablement:

- Record and release internal videos demonstrating new product capabilities

- Work with product to record and release external videos demonstrating new product capabilities

- Sales and CS enablement on positioning and messaging of new and existing product functionality

- Enable sales teams with demos and trials

3. Market and Competitor Research:

- Competitor SWOT Analysis and Battlecards

- Actively pursue industry trends and report to GTM team

- Detailed understanding of competitor capabilities for sales teams

Qualifications:

- Experience launching B2B products

- Experience working with sales, customer success teams as stakeholders

- Experience with sales enablement and competitor research

- Hands on knowledge with workflow builders like Zapier

- Ability to develop strong technical product knowledge and proficiency in Contacto

- Ability to demo Contacto to creatively solve customer's needs

- Experience with positioning and messaging product and features for certain personas

- Background in product management and/or product marketing
