Director - Demand Generation
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and own demand generation strategy, execution, team for Contact
- Implement, analyze, and optimize progressive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Lead Generation, and other demand-related channels.
- Determine the appropriate mix of marketing channels and programs that will convert target accounts into customers.
- Improve operational process and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
- Own and measure demand generation programs against key metrics, including: qualified leads, opportunities and new business pipeline.
- Empower business leaders with data, identify successful strategies and new opportunities, and propose improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Effectively communicate across the go-to-market team and broader organization, sharing campaign updates, timelines, processes, and results.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Contacto platform, CCaaS market, competitors, audiences, and Contacto's value propositions.
Skills Required:- A minimum of 9-12 years experience leading a team to execute high-volume digital and demand generation programs with B2B SaaS organizations.
- A minimum of 5 years leading and managing demand gen teams.
- Consistent record of generating and growing qualified leads that convert into new business pipeline.
- Extensive background in Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, and other ad platforms.
- Expertise in SEO and landing page conversion optimization.
- Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and how to engage prospects at multiple points through the customer journey with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Experience in an early stage startup environment is very important.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; easily able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results.
- Budget management experience required.
- Bachelor's/P.G degree required.
