PlaySpring is looking for B2B Regional Sales Managers across New Delhi/ Mumbai/ Chennai/ Hyderabad

- We are looking for RockStar revenue generators to head regional sales teams across India based out of Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. If you enjoy generating revenues, this is for you. In a nutshell, the Regional Heads are the CEOs of their regions. They are responsible for P&L of their regions.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for building, leading, training, managing the development of a Regional sales team. He/she shall be the primary flag bearer of PlaySpringTM in the region he/she operates.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible to ensure that his/her team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers.

- Responsible to work closely with Sales Head to develop short and long term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.

- Be a hands-on, a lead-by-example person spending 2/3 of his time in the field working directly with Area Sales Managers and customers

- Maintain several of his/her own accounts with high-profile customers

- Scale up in the future to a general management role to represent the integrated business of Maverick Edutech

- Build an organization including coaching and developing people. Able to see the importance and skilled at the how-to of doing so.

- Continuously motivating the team and tying the vision to daily deliverables.

Requirements :

- Passion for Revenue Generation

- Post Graduate in Management from Top Tier Business School

- Experience of at least 5 years in handling teams with 15-100 people

- Ability to derive deep insights from Data

- Experience of at least 5 years in brand building strategies for B2B businesses

- Agile enough to travel across the country and abroad

- Ability to visualize things end to end and be able to come up with periodic metrics

- Must possess knowledge of selling, negotiation, and commercial process in the context of a B2B sales

- Must have prior experience of solution selling management

- Excellent Presentation, Communication and Persuasion Skills
