Unlike many education services, Schools can run PlaySpring parallel to the existing curriculum in the School.

Role :

- We are looking for a high impact carpet bomber to build and spread the brand PlaySpring across relevant customer segments in a very short span of time and by using highly innovative marketing campaigns.

- As a B2B Marketing Manager, one shall liaison with product managers, Sales Managers and top management to build awareness about the problem we solve and communicate our value proposition in the most effective ways possible.

- Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing, driving, and managing the marketing strategy to empower all sales channels and directly impact the sales growth with the help of Social media marketing team and telemarketing team.

Responsibilities :

- Developing and executing Brand Building Strategies

- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments

- Generating leads for each sales Channel through outdoor, voice, email, Search and Social Media strategies

- Handling a team of 5-10 people ranging from designers to telecallers

- Responsible for achieving target number of leads to be given to sales team

- Continuously evaluate the competition in the market place and strategize to stay on top

- Provide necessary training to Marketing team as and when needed

- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of Marketing team by guiding them to move in proper direction.

Requirements :

- Passion for Carpet Bombing

- Post Graduate in Management from Top Tier Business School

- Experience of at least 5 years in working in/ handling marketing teams

- Ability to derive deep insights from Data

- Experience of at least 5 years in brand building strategies for B2B businesses

- Agile enough to travel across the country and abroad

- Ability to visualize things end to end and be able to come up with periodic metrics

- Excellent Presentation, Communication and Persuasion Skills
