- We are looking to bring on board a Rock Star Sales and Marketing Head to drive the revenue growth of the company. Till date, PlaySpringTM followed traditional approaches in Sales and Marketing by doing conferences and personally going and meeting Schools to do sales.

- We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head who can innovate and create strategies to minimize efforts to reach, convince and convert maximum number of Schools across Southern, Northern and Central India.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Responsibilities : 1

- New business development

- Brand Building Strategies

- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments

- Revenue generation through Channel management, new account development and key account management

Operational Role :

- Handling team of 30-50 people - Responsible for achieving sales target

- Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.

- Developing relevant business proposals

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- Handling meeting with key clients.

- Provide necessary training to sales team as and when need.

- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction.

Organizational Role :

- To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies

- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements :

- Passion for Revenue Generation

- Post Graduate in Management from Top Tier Business School

- Experience of at least 5 years in handling teams with 15-100 people

- Ability to derive deep insights from Data

- Experience of at least 5 years in brand building strategies for B2B businesses

- Agile enough to travel across the country and abroad

- Ability to visualize things end to end and be able to come up with periodic metrics

- Excellent Presentation, Communication and Persuasion Skills
