Product Overview- Akrivia:

This senior role will be 100% focused on a new product being developed within the company. Akrivia is a SaaS startup being born and bred from within Play Games24x7. Akrivia will be used within Play Games 24x7 and also be made available to the world's digital retention marketers. It will provide an unparalleled ability to quickly and easily create sophisticated marketing campaigns that engage, retain and monetize users. Akrivia's powerful visual campaign development language will allow marketers to create simple or complex AI-based self-optimizing campaigns in minutes. Akrivia's vision is to be the next generation of digital marketing automation.

Job responsibilities:

1) Own the Akrivia platform's features and design

a) Understand what Akrivia's future customers want and create requirements specifications

b) Directly hire and manage UI and UX designers to create product specifications that are handed to the engineering team

c) Work closely with Akrivia's president to obtain sign-offs on product designs

d) Ultimately responsible for delivering a world-class product that meets the vision set forth by the division president.

2) Be responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery per agreed product roadmap

a) Oversee the work of the engineering team to ensure delivery of each product version /feature is on-time and on-budget

Requirements and preferences:

1. Personal

a) Entrepreneurial - get stuff done attitude

b) Great communicator via writing, phone, video conference and in-person

c) Strong analytically driven decision-making skills

d) Strong leadership skills in good and tough situations

e) Is comfortable working on a - global- time schedule where team members are in different time zones and locations and timings for discussions may be outside of normal - business hours-

f) Self-motivated, self-directed leadership mentality

g) Preferably has a  global mind-set and understanding. Has ideally worked in the technology industry outside of the India for at least 2 years

h) Is a  geek who understands tech from a business, product and engineering level

2. Management

a) Has at least 7 years of experience in managing product development teams with preferably at least 3 of those years with a SaaS product

b) Has created a  can do winning attitude- culture and actively works to create a team that is always pushing to be the best and not good enough.

c) Expertise in state-of-the-art UI and UX designs

d) Expertise with modern-day product development processes
