The Games24x7 Business :
- The Games24x7 business is powered by a proprietary multi-player tournament gaming platform. We currently host online multiplayer Rummy across multiple channels - Desktop Web, Mobile Web and an Android Native App.
- Despite the platform being feature rich in terms of its offering, we have barely scratched the surface. The plan is to build a state of the art gaming tournament platform into which games of all types can be seamlessly integrated from single player leader-board type games to multiplayer knock out tournaments, round robin tournaments etc. This multifaceted platform will also incorporate social features, and could easily be integrated with Facebook and other social networks. We have the makings of what will be an industry-changing product in our hands. We are confident that the gaming industry in India will be seen as pre-Games24x7 platform and post-Games24x7 platform by analysts in the future.

Product Marketing Team
What we do
Product Marketing Team is a bridge between the Marketing and the Product Teams. Our day-to-day life involves:
- Identifying the pain points in the user journeys
- Hypothesizing on approaches to solve the problem
- Setting up the A\B experiments to validate the approach
- Analysing the experiment data to understand the critical changes we observed in the user behavior
- Consolidating all the learning into a new Product Feature request and possible fixes in the Product Journey
- In addition to this, we also work with the Business Intelligence team to define and track the metrics to measure players- attributes critical to our business.
- While coming up with solutions, we closely work with UX, Brand and UI teams to ensure the best implementation of the solution that we propose.
- We also help the Campaign Team to optimize their campaigns with Landing Page Experiments and optimize in-product journey for the users coming from specific landing pages.
- We closely work with the Marketing Retention Team to study the behavioral attributes down the funnel to co-create the most exciting features.

- We are looking for someone who can deep dive into product journeys, analyse the drop points, find the best kind of incentive structure and critical interjections in the user journeys to make it more contextual and enjoyable.

Core Qualification:
- 4-5 years of overall experience
- At least 1 year of experience working on data in a Customer Facing Business
- Exposure to the Product Development Cycle is a plus
- Graduate from IIT/NIT is a plus
- Good understanding for core metrics which govern a customer facing business
- Experience in Dashboarding & Visualization is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skill is a must - Concise & Precise
