Background:

We started doing offline rummy tournaments in 2018 . The idea behind conducting such live events is to give a social connect to our players as well as focus on providing them an experience of a life- time. All our events focus on creating a high aspirational value for pur players & are objective is to be able to provide an unparalled, unmatched experience .

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Formulate a roadmap for future offline events. To organize an annual plan - which will include strategies to increase reach & frequency of such events

- Responsible for development of both strategy and implementation plan of all offline events

- Successfully manage all elements of the event plan, including logistics, vendors, sponsorships

- Liaising with event agencies to formulate showflow

- Budget management

- Manage key department vendor relationships including, the event production team, and others.

- Work on building alliances & partnerships for various events

- Pre- event management which includes venue selection & agency identification

- Negotiate agreements & contracts with various vendors

Required Skills:

- Must have minimum 3 years of Event execution experience

- Good relationship with vendors & event agencies in the industry

- Project management skills

- Vendor management

- Ability to prepare, manage, update, work within and revise budgets as they relate to the work

- Has worked on alliances & collaborations

- Has worked on preparing budgets & adhering to the same

- Good networking skills
