Role Overview
- Assistant Product Manager will help drive product initiatives for Ultimate Games. Will be working closely with product, analytics, CS and design team to drive product initiatives.
- APM will be a stepping stone to become product manager and own product at certain stage.
- Will be working on the product at a strategic, tactical and operational level.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic: Assist in planning and executing product initiatives.
APM will intensely be involved in :
1. Competition benchmarking / new trends analysis and prepare product initiatives to leverage these.
2. Drive product initiatives by liaising with customer support and reviewing user feedback on app-stores and our marketing channels. Capture user feedback by periodic research.
3. Derive key feature/user behavior insights and ensure these insights are used in product features.
Tactical
1. Create/ assist in product end to end lifecycle management including from new product conceptualization to product launch.
2. Work with Design, Art, Tech, Marketing and customer support teams to deliver product features.
3. Post-launch monitoring: Analyse feature KPIs/ user behavior and come up with actionable insights that can add meaningful value for feature/ business Operational
1. Day to day tracking of KPIs across games and alert in case of any issues.
2. Track user complaints/ feedback on our games and prepare/alert actionable tasks for product
3. Assist tech/ product in the delivery of change requests for product configurations.
Key Skills
1. Strong penchant working with large data. Good understanding of A/B testing and derive useful insights from large data.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills and be an excellent team player.
3. Good understanding of UI/UX issues of mobile apps/ gaming apps.
Relevant Experience
1. 1-2 years of experience working in product management space in B2C online products.
2. Graduated from a reputable institute. MBA would be preferred.
