Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in our Bengaluru office. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling our customer acquisition channels. You will execute the strategy for paid media campaigns, social media advertising, and other forms of digital marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as the product, creative, and analytics teams to optimize creative, ad spend, and targeting, and ensure that campaigns are aligned with our brand and product strategy. Being data-driven, analytical, and target-oriented is essential, and experience in agency or multi-vertical settings is advantageous. Prior expertise in App performance marketing is a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on diverse channels such as Google, Facebook, affiliates, and Programmatic
- Develop and execute the overall Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, encompassing planning, budgeting, reporting, and collaboration with agency partners on Google and Facebook.
- Formulate and implement a digital marketing strategy to enhance awareness, traffic, conversions, revenue, and retention through retargeting.
- Achieve user growth targets by scaling the acquisition of high LTV users across app and web while ensuring efficiency in CACs, AOVs, and other metrics.
- Establish attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and quality standards. Create a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for mobile apps and digital channels to continuously optimize marketing investments.
- Enhance marketing effectiveness through ongoing A/B testing, innovation with different platforms, active co-creation, and planning.
- Deep understanding of data and the ability to derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Establish and manage internal campaign performance reporting, ensuring effective communication to all stakeholders with regular updates on campaign performance.
- Utilize internal databases and MMP tools along with performance tools like GA4, Mixpanel, etc., to comprehend and act on data insights for optimizing performance metrics (CAC/ROAS/LTV/Retention).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, consumer behavior, and campaign structure.
- Hands-on experience with Google and Facebook campaigns, managing substantial monthly budgets.
- Full-funnel understanding of the app ecosystem, metrics, and a grasp of how MMP systems operate.
- Agency experience or E-Pharma experience is a plus.
