Role Overview:
- The Retention Manager is a super-critical role responsible for driving customer loyalty and repeat purchases, a key metric for our business.
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on with tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap and skilled in executing retention strategies that directly impact customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention campaigns to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Leverage CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap) for targeted segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and feedback to implement effective retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- A/B test campaigns to continuously improve effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.
- Creative problem-solving skills to design innovative retention campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
