Role Overview:
The Head of Growth is a pivotal role within our core team, responsible for leading and scaling both customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
New Acquisition:
- Performance Marketing: Lead app marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels to drive app downloads, increase sales, and achieve industry-leading CAC.
- Channel Innovation: Identify and activate new channels, partnerships, and BTL initiatives to attract and convert new users.
- Creative Funnel: Develop and optimize top-notch ad creatives that drive results in performance marketing.
Retention & Engagement:
- Customer Retention: Own retention as a primary metric, building loyalty and driving high repeat purchase rates.
- CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns: Use CRM platforms like Clevertap and MoEngage to create effective lifecycle journeys.
- Loyalty Programs: Design and scale refer-and-earn, subscription, and loyalty programs to increase engagement and repeat usage.
Leadership:
Team Building: Build and lead a solid growth team, working with product, ops, and support teams to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing, especially app marketing and CRM with a lot of comfort on MMP (Appsflyer).
- Analytical: Strong data-driven approach to optimize performance.
- Team Management: Experienced in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
