Today, it has its global footprint across 44 countries, and works with marquee brands including Procter and Gamble, Coca Cola, Ikea, Audi, McDonalds, Toyota, Nike, and Samsung.
As a Platform Solutions/ Ad Operations Lead, you will work with clients to grow businesses and provide operational expertise. You will also be the lead point of contact for clients, liaise between cross-functional internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
What you will do:
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with clients & driving high quality customer service.
- Understanding campaign KPI or other goals, objectives and data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics etc.
- Analyzing data and producing reports on key metrics for optimization.
- Resolving delivery/scaling issues, if any and sharing actionable inputs with Clients/Product team.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Strong digital media experience, advertising operations, account management and data analysis.
- Excellent understanding of Ad Tech world (DSP, SSP, DMP, RTB etc.)
- Excellent understanding of different applications used to measure campaign success (Nielsen, Moat, IAS, Doubleverify etc.)
- Knowledge of capturing Charles/Fiddler session would be a plus.
- Excellent team management skills.
- We are looking for a candidate with Bachelors/Masters degree.
- Overall 5-6 years of ad ops experience.
- Candidate is expected to have exceptional problem solving, analytical and organisation skills with a detail-oriented attitude
