Job description :
- Genesys or Cisco solution selling at a technical level
- Evangelize Our platforms with existing customers and position them in new opportunities
- Gain highest mindshare of our account and sales teams to help them grow sales in your region
- Own license revenue for your region for Platform Sales
- As a core member of Platform Council Group (PCG), provide market feedback to improve platform features and functionalities
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and work closely with the sales organization in terms of business case, positioning, pricing, design, etc.
- Work with different types of sales teams in your region
- Farm existing customers by augmenting their existing solution with our IP sale.
- Pair with Direct Hunting sales team to lead the solution with our IP to open doors and create value
- Work with the OEM Hunting sales team to differentiate our solution through our IP
- Key person in making impactful and powerful demos that align with the needs of the prospect
- Liaise directly with our IP platform management group to provide key market inputs for feature enhancement and drive platform innovation
- Develop a strong IP pipeline - Forecast, track and analyze bookings/pipeline and be responsible for sales numbers of IP in your territory
- Develop a good network and relationship with customers and partners within key verticals and assist sales in winning deals
- Keep improving the mindshare within Cisco and other OEM communities for our IP/Platforms
