- This position works as part of the Information Risk Management department, which is responsible for management of risk across the enterprise.


- The role offers the opportunity to be engaged in all facets of risk including security, privacy, and risk management, and security and compliance program development.


- As a member of the department, the individual will be committed to overall data protection risk management and its role in the company's continued success.


- The Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst is a highly visible role that interfaces with key stakeholders in the organization and may also support Planview customers and Partners.


- This position primarily interfaces with the Product Management and Engineering organizations in managing risk when prioritizing releases and implementing platform services.


- The position demands an organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required.

Job responsibilities will include :

- Support for all US & EMEA regional income tax matters.

- Technical research and writing tax advice memos related to business proposals and contract reviews.

- Assist with quarterly tax provisions (US GAAP reporting) for all entities; coordinate with finance department colleagues; review and/or maintain internal controls documentation; documentation and maintenance of uncertain tax positions.

- Review of local country tax returns including monitoring compliance with meeting deadlines

- Coordinating with finance and other colleagues on local country tax audits in partnership with external advisers.

- Assistance with tax issues relating to acquisitions, disposals, liquidations and special projects.

- Interacting with internal colleagues in financial accounting, legal and other global tax team members on a regular basis.

- Providing support for EMEA VAT matters and initiatives.

- Supporting the integration and development of tax systems, policies and processes

- Assist with administration of external tax advisors, including engagement letters, invoicing, purchase orders, etc.

- Other duties as needed to fulfil tax responsibilities for the tax department

Requirements and Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of relevant tax experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

- CPA expected, or in progress

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
