Planview - Lead/Managed Service Consultant

Overview :

- The primary task to support Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio, monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting. Responsible for working trouble tickets, managing scripts, creating SQL jobs, and troubleshooting IIS in a hosted environment.

- Responsible for working with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Program Management.

- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written fluency in English.

- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts to support US and European Customers.

- Good to have knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point

- Should have intermediate-level knowledge on any SQL language (preferably Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL)

- Knowledge of any project/agile / lean management tool such as Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HPPPM, JIRA, Teamwork, would be a plus

Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree (BE,MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
