- Industrial Relations & Compliance.

- Resolve employee grievances and disputes effectively.

- Conduct disciplinary actions per labor laws and organizational guideline.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws (eg - Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labor Act).

- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and audits, providing mitigation plan.

- Conduct Compliance audits & submit compliance reports with management with mitigation plan.

- Liasoning & Stakeholder Management.

- Maintain relationship with government authorities and regulation bodies.

- Handling Court Cases and Union Strikes.

- Long Term Settlements.
