About the Role
- Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub assemblies from various sections to FG.
- Manage the plants Master Production Schedule (forecast workload / capacity, suppliers forecast...).
- Manage the flow of the plants Processes to deliver as per MPP in a efficient manner
- Responsible for managing E2E flows in manufacturing to achieve MPP targets in a efficient manner working along the principles of SPS and collaborating with CFTs to chieve company goals
- Regularly puts in time and effort to accomplish challenging goals.
- Follow-up others progress and key activities and steps-in to arbitrate issues and speed-up execution.
- Shows good capability to convince the team to fulfill the targets. n Addresses obstacles in a timely manner.

- Is able to anticipate shortages or excess stock and take action accordingly.
- General knowledge of the processes, organization & tools used in Demand Planning in Schneider Electric.
- Is able to describe the purposes and process of Demand Planning, including statistical forecasting, collaborative sales forecasting, demand shaping and co-planning with customers.
- Understands how Demand Planning interacts within the end-to-end SIOP processes and what is the impact of a poor or missing forecast.
- Develops and standardizes processes to ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Understands all production functions and their relationship to each other.
- Assesses current state relative to KPIs and initiates actions for performance enhancements.
- Leads facility change initiatives to drive obtainment of operational quality, costs productivity and/or service levels.
- Able to design production lines and deployment of production aids
- Understands the mission and deliverables of products.
- Has leadership skill sets with a focus on people and process development
- Thinks several steps ahead in deciding the best course of action, anticipating likely outcomes
- Analyzes existing issues to identify significant and repetitive ones, and initiates the Problem to Prevention process to solve the underlying problem
- Effectively involves required stakeholders and proactively communicates the status of issue resolution
- Subject Matter Expert in one or 2 areas of the Analytics Value Chain.
- To coordinate a project team in charge of implementing or managing part of a system for analytics
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience , BE/ME Mechanical/Production
- Line and flow designs - Coordination with supply chain Planners and production teams
- Capacity Planning
- Optimize Machine & Manpower Utilization, Analyse, source and prioritize Production schedule based on MPP
- Drive team towards meeting targets and carry out gap analysis
- Meeting departmental Targets, Continuous improvement in manufacturing activities
- Must have knowledge of working on ERP systems or currently working on automated process and systems
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, Six sigma, Tools and fixtures, production aids
- Communication Skills and digital acumen
