Plant Operations Head - Edible Oil

Head hunting for Plant Head (Operation Head) for an Edible Oil Company.

Mandatory Requirements:

- The incumbent must be from Edible Oil Industry Only.

- The incumbent must have experience in dealing with a Minimum of 1000 tonns per day Production Capacity .

- Effectively Managing complete plant as per the standard for operations, technical and production procedures

- Production planning & inventory control.

- Monitoring the Quality of production as per the customers satisfaction

- Liaising with Factories Inspector, Pollution Control Board, Boiler Inspector, Food and Drug Inspector and Member Representative for ISO documentation, etc.

- Responsible for the production, Costing and delivery as time lines

- Designing & implementing structured systems and mechanisms for monitoring the productivity

- Handling the efficiency levels of the plant and identifying unproductive and inefficient elements for process improvement

- Statutory compliances, EHS, and MIS

- Optimum utilization of inputs and utilities.
