Designation: Plant Head - FMCG

Location: Pune

- Reports to Supply Chain Director, India

- A bachelor's /Masters degree in any engineering stream preferably Mechanical or Electrical with professional experience of more than fifteen years in the industry

- At least the 15 + years of experience in the FMCG sector which includes the 3~5 years of experience in projects in MNC

Job Description :

- Taking overall operation management responsibility for India including production management, material planning, inventory control, and quality process;

- Meeting the strategic objectives of the corporation and the targeted revenue growth;

- Managing product development and improvement for the product

- Ensuring human capital is effectively deployed while leading and mentoring the local key management team;

- Managing timelines and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders;
