Plant Maintenance Role - Pharmaceutical Plant

- Ensure compliance related to qualification of equipment (FAT/SAT,DQ, IQ, OQ) whenever applicable.

- Delivering Training to engineers and staff as per schedule or as an when required. Check and review SOP's as per GMP requirement. Ensuring and monitoring implementation of safety norms with respect to engineering like work permits, HAZOP studies.

- Preparation and Review of engineering budgets like revenue, capex & Opex. Review and approval of purchase requisition related to engineering items. Monitoring and controlling of engineering spares consumption/inventory. To ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, AHU validation & other scheduled activity as per schedule.

- Planning and execution of breakdown maintenance and reduction in same. Compliance of statutory requirement wherever applicable with reference to maintenance. Ensure upkeep & availability of services/utility to achieve planned production. Ensure utility equipments for smooth operations and overall statutory compliance. To ensure timely compliance of HAZOP recommendations & its information compliance reply to safety.
