Qualification: Degree in Engineering/3 Years Diploma in Engineering.
Candidates must be from food Processing Industry .
Responsibilities :
- Manage Engineering team and function.
- Maintenance of plant and machinery
- Maintaining inventory of Spares
- Engineering Inventory management
- Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities
- Running maintenance of plant and machineries
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and monitoring consumption
- Monitoring and ensuring optimized Fuel consumption
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply
- Time bound upkeeping and maintenance of buildings and structures
- Lead and implement energy conservation activities.
- Preparing Project reports and estimation required for capacity expansion, and capex.
- Ensure compliance to Company policies ,standards and Regulatory requirements.
- Training and development of team of associates.
- Coordinating access control activities and train access control team for ensuring safety
- Managing house keeping team along with QA team to ensure excellent house keeping
- Achievement of Unit KPIs in respect of the function
