Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Establish and maintain a positive and engaged working environment, continuously build up and promote the company culture which support the firms business goals
- To align with company Vision/Mission, partnership with Legal & Compliance to ensure employment activities in line with Labor Law and other related regulations
- Review, identify and enhance any broken processes or failure of compliance to Labour Law or other related regulations, HR policies and guidelines in HR practices to optimize HR management system and minimize HR risks
- Advice and counsel HR practices, Labour dispute/arbitration or potential ER cases proactively based on labour laws and regulations to all stakeholders
- Monitor and update any new labour related rules & regulations and analysis on the impact on HR practices
- Provide responsive HR leadership in handling crisis, establish and maintain crisis avoidance and management guideline and procedures
- Drive standardization of employee HR policies, processes with regard to Employee/Industrial Relations and its implementation in the company
- Provide all relevant suggestions and solutions in terms of Employee Relationship to support firms business strategic goal and dynamic growth environments, contribute values in HR due diligence and integration on Project bases
- Provide responsive and high quality support, training and advice to all parts of the business including senior managers to ensure the appropriate management of all employee relations issues including in particular change management, grievances, poor performance and disciplinary action
- Lead and organize staff club for staff events and activities with budget monitoring and controll to promote an engaging working environment and improve employee satisfaction
- Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee /industrial relations on regular bases
Profile Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource or law major
- 5 + years in various HR functions with solid HR, ER/IR work experiences, case management and intensive experiences dealing with legal claims
- Good counseling, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Good customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
- Strong project management skills which demonstrate the ability to see bigger picture without losing sight of details
- Positive self starter, flexible, result-driven, accurate and attentive to detail
- Proficient in English both in writing and speaking, computer literate
