Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant HR at Indian multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare company's plant located in Nepal.

- The Plant HR will be responsible for managing HR activities, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management on-site.

Qualifications:

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies

- Knowledge of employee benefits administration

- Personnel Management experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
