Job Purpose:
To compile and accumulate all the information and relevant data on time to carry out all the activities of the Personnel Department and the functions. To work for smooth functioning of personnel department as per the applicable labour laws. Provide manpower in time and control on absenteeism. Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

Education: Graduate & MBA (Preferred)
Professional Experience: 08 Years+
Responsibility (List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job):
1. Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed
2. Complete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking and claim review analysis for settlements
3. Create termination packages, complete assigned terminations, ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements
4. Oversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning
5. Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule
6. Manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
7. Ensure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract compliance
8. Advise management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relations
9. Consult HR executive staff regarding personnel policies
10. Create and revise union contracts
11. Head monthly labour management meetings
12. Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments
13. Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments
14. Develop labour policies and Handle grievance procedures. Also, issuing show cause notices as and when required.
15. Ensure compliance and maintain records as per EHS & QMS standards, norms
