Location: Khushkhera, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer the compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Monitor and update benefits packages as needed.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Work with external recruiters from time to time.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
- Identify training and development needs and facilitate training programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.
Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate conflicts and disputes among employees.
- Promote a harmonious work environment.
