Our client is a well-established player in the B2B industrial manufacturing space, known for its strong market presence and consistent growth. As they scale operations, they are looking for a strategic plant HR leader to drive growth and support a fast-evolving plant ecosystem

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR for a large-scale manufacturing plant, aligning people strategy with business goals

- Drive a cohesive and performance-driven shop-floor culture in a dynamic environment

- Play a key role in managing industrial relations and workforce harmony

- Lead talent initiatives to build capability, agility, and engagement across the plant

- Partner with leadership to enable scalable, future-ready HR practices on the ground

Ideal Candidate:

- HR professional with 15+ years of experience in plant HR within large-scale manufacturing setups

- Strong exposure to industrial relations, including union interactions and long-term settlements (LTS)

- Proven ability to manage blue-collar workforce and drive shop-floor engagement

- Deep understanding of labor dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments

- Hands-on, grounded, and capable of operating effectively in high-growth, evolving ecosystems
