- Lead the delivery of all human resource activities and initiatives on site
- Manage and assess the talent level of the organization and ensure there is the required talent in place to support the factory
- Initiate and lead organizational development initiatives
- Meet business goals and objectives via strategic staffing, the creation of training and development plans and robust succession plans for the factory
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes that drive employee engagement and deliver organizational performance
- Administer the appraisal process for the factory location, and provide feedback to management in regards to wage parity, and feedback calibration
- Ensure that corporate HR Initiatives are implemented with as well as ensuring the Guiding Principles & Code of Conduct are a living part of the culture
- In coordination with Finance, ensure that payroll practices and requirements are effectively implemented and executed within the organization
- Coordinate with Factories Department, and any other governing body to ensure labor standards are met and or exceeded
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Graduation degree, & MBA or any other specialized degree or diploma; Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field from a recognized institute
- 8+ years of human resource management experience in a global manufacturing company with 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong extroverted can-do, hands-on action orientation and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Ability to influence and deal with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading change management initiatives
- Solid knowledge of state and federal employment law and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with executive level communications/presentations
