Role :
- Responsible for setting standards, streamlining, monitoring the health and continuously improving the Employee Relations processes to achieve targeted business results
- Provide employee relations advice, HR support and facilitate development of sustainable employee relations practices in plant based at Coimbatore.

Skills :
MBA in Human Resource management / Personnel Management and industrial relations. Knowledge of labour laws is essential.
- Successful track record of performance plant HR manager/specialist role; at least 8-12 years of Human Resources / Employee Relations experience in a manufacturing facility
- Must have worked in unionized factory environment and have managed IR
- Successful track record in the deployment of global HR business processes or programs
- Experience working in a fast paced, service oriented, highly matrixed environment
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environment. Strong commitment to collaborative work and knowledge sharing.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. Must be capable of developing & executing action plans
- Knowledge of Tamil language is a must, Preference for them
- Part timers and over qualified candidates will be ignored above the exp levels required
