The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR & IR activities of the plant / factory located at Baddi
Should be strong in industrial relations, dealing with workers & unions, have good concepts of HR etc
- To pro-actively handle & manage the industrial relations scenario with specific reference to ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment.
- To assist Functional Heads with expertise of IR to deal with employees effectively and enforcing necessary discipline.
- To ensure compliance of statutory requirements concerning the establishment.
- The position also calls for tact and diplomacy to deal effectively with labour, government authorities, labour commissioner, courts, Police, local dignitaries and other Statutory bodies and to maintain contacts & relationships, as required.

- Should have a good systemic process oriented approach and must have worked in a professional company.
