- Strong knowledge in HR Policies, & relevant labour laws.

Responsible for acquiring, developing, managing & retaining the talent on board, Complying HR Policies, & relevant labour laws, managing harmonious relations with employees, community and Govt. bodies at large.

To partner & support business growth & meeting objectives of Silvassa Plant by effectively engaging the employees, Community & Govt. bodies. Support Initiatives on Employee Learning & Development.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Annual Manpower Plan & HR Budgeting & it's implementation.

- Talent acquisition as per Recruitment Authorizations approved.

- Finalise Job Descriptions for all employees across levels in coordination with operations.
