Plant HR Manager
Job Purpose : To ensure positive employee relations and Productivity through Culture and organizational development and driving the plant People strategy.
Job Context & Challenges :
- The position will be responsible for Sustainable Employee Relations, Compliance, Welfare, Statutory Compliance, Plant Administration, People Budget and Productivity improvement of the factory.
- This position will also be responsible for continuous development of competencies of people and organizational capability to achieve envisaged vision.
- The position will be responsible for Culture building and alignment initiatives.
Functional linkages :
Internal : Plant and Manufacturing Leadership team, HO and Division HR Teams, Functional Leaders, Medical officer, Global vertical (GTD),Business Services HR
External : Govt. Bodies, Educational institutions, Hospitals, Service providers, Legal consultants
Key Accountabilities :
Strategy & Vision :
- Develop and implement plan for improvement of plant efficiencies & organizational effectiveness/capability
- Periodic review and modifications if required

- Champion Compensation for associates
Personnel Management :
- Personnel and General administration

Environment Management :
- Liaison with Govt. /local bodies
- Continuous Engagement and CSR initiatives
- Liaison with Industry bodies, educational institutions, hospitals etc.
Experience & Professional Qualifications :
Essential : People Manager
Desirable : Hands on experience in employee relations and dealing with workmen, experience in the area of Gender sensitization, Diversity and inclusion, Training program design and delivery.
No. of yrs of Experience required :
- Minimum 8 Yrs after HR specialization
- Post-graduation in Personnel Management / HRM is essential
