Plant HR Manager - Manufacturing

We are assisting one of the large Indian corporate for Plant Manager HR & IR role based out of Hyderabad.

Specification:

1. Will be responsible for performance management, recruitment and employee engagement

2. Other responsibilities include to administer security, general administration, time office and liasioning etc.

3. Administrative reporting to plant head and functional reporting to corporate head hr.

4. Ideal candidate should have good experience in implementing creative and innovative solutions.
