Manage the plant HR operations spread across 5 locations
To develop a disciplined workforce, to build strong industrial relations and employee relations, and to support the plant to achieve performance and quality.
- Manage Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Controlling
- Participates in HR Reviews & Audits and implements required actions
- Consults and communicates Organizational Changes
- Implements Culture Development and manages diversity in the organization
- Implements Performance Management processes based on Corporate Standards
- Manage Career / Succession Planning
- Retention Management/Competency Management
- Ensures all required Leadership & Talent Development Programs are made available for target groups in the location
- Manages Job Evaluation, Compensation Policies, and Programs, Compensation Market Benchmarking, Benefits & Pensions, Policies & Programs for Plant.
- Facilitates annual Salary Review
- Manages relationship to Employee Representative, Labor Relations & Legal, Employee Relations
- Steers and Manages Applicant Management, Personnel File / Time Mgmt, Payroll Mgmt
- Exit Management, Pensions Administration, Benefits Administration.
Desired Profile:
- Qualified MBA from a reputed Institute with experience and Strong track record in plant HR operations of at least 10 plus years, with experience in the automotive, mechanical, electrical or chemical industry, managing a plant with at least 500 people.
- Strong HR generalist background, including IR/ER, compensation & benefits, learning & training, strategy & planning, talent & performance management, project management & change management, budgeting & cost management
- Strong leadership experience of at least 5 years, in managing a diverse team
