Plant HR Manager - FMCG/Mfg

Our Client is a FMCG Giant based in Virginia, it has net sales of more than $30 billion and six business segments including Petcare, Chocolate, Wrigley, Food, Drinks and Symbioscience.

We are looking for Manager - Plant HR for their Plant in Hyderabad.

The KRA's would entail Site Related Talent Acquisition, C&B, HR Strategy, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Work Life Balance for the Entire Plant, etc.

This is a HR Business Partner Role
