Plant HR Manager - FMCG

I am handling an urgent assignment with Leading FMCG Company for the role of Plant HR Manager based at Kolkata.

Minimum 6 to 8 Years experience post MBA.

Strong expertise in Plant HR, IR, Designing system, Rewards policy. Ensuring adequate, timely administrative / personnel facilities are provided to the plant employees.

Industrial relation is very important aspects of the role.
