Plant HR Manager
- MBA HR / Master's degree in HR + IR with 15 -16 years exp
Role :
- Incumbent needs to act to address and resolve conflicts early and in an open and direct manner, communicate candidly with bosses, peers and employees
- Act as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team and provide the necessary coaching and guidance to the Plant Manager for an effective working environment.
- Develop a long term IR strategy
- Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant through 2 way communication and employee involvement
- Change Management & Retention Management
- Ensuring strict adherence to statutory laws & 100% compliance
- Employee Welfare and Relations
- Thorough knowledge of employee relations, Industrial Relations and External community building
- HR generalist with Hire to Retire process knowledge
- Working knowledge of Employment Law & Compliance
- Coaching/Mentoring & Facilitation Skills
- Good understanding of organizational structures and interactions & people and social relationships
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Planning, priority setting, problem solving and monitoring skills
- Negotiation skills & Good political sense & Consulting & strong analytic skills
- 15-16 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Operations preferably in the FMCG, Beverages, Pharma or other Consumer Goods industries or Food Fmcg Like Snacks or ready to eat, Diary etc
- Must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing strategic partnerships, community development initiatives, team building, performance management & change management for teams.
