Plant HR Manager - Employee Relations (Experience in a plant mandatory)
- Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Industrial Relations, Training & Development,Contract Labour Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliances
- Experience in IR, Disciplinary Actions, Statutory Compliance
- Manufacturing Plant Exposure (more than 1000 manpower) must.
Statutory Compliances :
- Ensure compliances under various applicable Labour Laws
- Manage online compliance manager software
- Ensure salary payroll related compliances (deposition of online PF, PT, LWF etc.)
- Ensure 100% compliance for off role employees (1600+)
- Liasoning with authorities under Contract Labour, Factory Inspector, PF authorities for compliance of statutory obligation under various labour laws
- Obtained permission of second shift working for female from the Office of Industrial Safety and Health, Govt Of Gujarat for Sanand plant.
Employee Relations and Administration:
- Contract Labour Management
- Grievance redresser
- Discipline, Absenteeism & Attrition tracking
- Labour unrest
- Event Management and Employee Engagement Activities such as Picnic, Get-together, Monthly Birthday Celebration, Navratri Garba Competition, fun @ work and various festival celebration
- Employees Mediclaim Insurance
- Suggestion scheme and new initiatives to boost up organizational culture
- Liaision with public, local villages' community and police
- Supervision for support services such as canteen, housekeeping, security & transport
