Job Description:
Looking for a Plant HR Lead with excellent knowledge of plant compliance and Plant engagement, Hiring, End-to-end employee life cycle management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the plant.
- Manage the candidate sourcing process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Onboarded new employees, providing them with company orientation, training, and policy introductions.
- Established and implemented performance management systems to track employee progress and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance.
- Administer performance-based incentives and rewards to motivate and retain top performers.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
