Plant HR Manager - Chemicals

Job Specifications -

- MBA with 10 plus years of experience into plant HR functions

- Having a greenfield knowledge will be excellent

- Should know the local language- Tamil

- Should be flexible to extend the support as per the demands leading to faster completion of work

- Excellent communication skill in English and positive attitude towards leading the right capability and culture amongst the employees

- Very strong with compliances, dealing with statutory departments , controlling and measuring Over time, CSR requirements etc

- Solid experience in manpower handling, hiring blue collar workers , relationship with ITI colleges, Diploma colleges etc

- Can work independently with minimum supervision

- Should have stable profile, no frequent job changes

- Good to have an experience in dealing with Unions
